waiver of liability and release.

I understand that my participation in any of Jesse R. Booker K-9 LLC (JRB K-9) behavioral training/boarding, includes an element of risk for my animal, which includes, without limitation, risk of illness, falls, bites, and injury through contact with other animals, and their animals or interior/exterior surroundings of any facility where training takes place.

I understand that my participation, and or attending family members/guests, and my animal are required for adequate training and my relationship with my animal and that each person hereby expressly agrees not to hold JRB k-9 and its employees, owners, and agents harmless from any liability whatsoever resulting from any injuries or damages sustained as a result of participation in the training, even though such liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person named in this Waiver and Release.

I, and or attending family members/guests, individual and on behalf of their respective heirs, assigns, or successors, hereby expressly waive, release, and discharge JRB K-9 and its employees, owners, property on which training takes place, and agents, from any claims, demands, injuries, damages or causes of action that are in any way related to the participation in the training, even though such liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of persons named in this Waiver and Release. JRB K-9 makes no representations, guarantees, or promises, implied or expressed, that any behavioral training received from JRB K-9 will cure the animal of any dangerous propensities. It is fully understood that regardless of the behavioral training received by the animal, the animal always possesses the propensity to bite, jump, or kick resulting in injury and/or death.

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jesse R. Booker K-9 LLC its employees, owners, property on which training takes place, and agents from all claims or claims by any members of my family or any other person while on the grounds of any home or facility where training takes place, the surrounding area thereto, or on my property, or in a public area as a result of any action by any animal, including my own. I affirm and have proof, that my animal is current on all vaccinations appropriate for my animal. I agree to abide by all rules presented during the behavioral training. I also understand that JRB K-9 may use publicity pictures of my animal or me for promotional purposes without liability or obligation to me.
